Any Idea why this would happen? I have double checked the product id matches from funnelish to clickfunnels.

That can be caused by only three things:

The cart product ID’s are wrong, maybe since it’s an order bump you are not using the proper order bump ID.

The Webhook URL is wrong or missing, check under Funnel > Settings (in Funnelish).

It’s likely related to a recent update from Clickfunnels, that requires you to turn on Clickfunnels tracking under Funnel > Apps > PayPal Plugin (in Funnelish), read more about it here Webhooks not working since about 10 hours ago - #28 by samlee
