Instead of making loads of new threads, I’m just gunna post bugs I find in this one post I will just edit:
Drag and Drop elements
Unable to rearrange form elements in the 2 step form (from a funnel page upgraded to v2 editor)
EDIT: Turns out I cant drag and move or add ANY new elements…
EDIT 2: It started working again randomly… and now its stopped again. So the bug is intermittent. It started working when I tried to drag a widget into a pop up component.
EDIT 3: Yep OK I can drag everything fine on the page… as soon as I click an element in my 2-Step Form component, dragging/dropping components anywhere on the page no longer works until I refresh again.
Pop-Up Width:
Changing the size (Small, Medium, etc) has no effect, and it’s stuck on small
Seems that the “Close popup” action that creates a href #close-popup doesn’t actually trigger the close
In the legacy editor you had unconstrained controls to resize the image (which was annoying as there was no way to keep the aspect ratio) - however in v2, the aspect ratio is fixed, but it’s fixed at 1:1 so any image you put in is stretched into a square and doesn’t seem to be a way to change the aspect ratio or switch to manual aspect ratio.
Thanks a lot for sharing all these details — super helpful!
Could you please send me a direct message with a Loom video or your funnel link where you’re seeing these issues? That’ll help us check everything closely and pass it to the dev team faster.
Really appreciate you taking the time to report all this — it helps us improve V2 much quicker
I am experiencing now since the V2 editor update bugs at the gateway pools level. They are not working. Transactions are being rejected. No admin is letting them know anything. Is it only me that they are not working? It seems strange to me because trying to use them my clients fail transactions. Lately the support is getting slower and slower with sloppy responses.
Thanks for sharing this — I totally understand how frustrating it feels when payments start failing.
For now, please use the classic payment setup instead of Gateway Pool to keep things running smoothly. The dev team is already working on fixing the Gateway Pool issue, and you know sometimes it takes a bit of time before updates go live in production.
Please be a little patient — there are a few high-priority fixes being rolled out, and Gateway Pool is also on that list. We’re almost there.
Also, sorry to hear about your recent support experience. We’re doing our best to improve the response time and communication.
