Your question is a little vague, haven’t mentioned what’s not working about the PayPal app! so I’ll assume that the PayPal app is not shown on your order form entirely. If that’s the case and you are not willing to share your order form publicly in this forum you can send us the order form URL with reference to this thread to our support email: [email protected], We’ll have a look at it and analyze your entire funnel and let you know exactly what went wrong and how you can fix it
