Hello guys
I have the problem that when the customer goes to pay and enters his card information, he gets the following error “Your card issuer has declined this transaction. I have tried and it happens with different cards from multiple banks, and from support they do not solve anything. Has anyone else had this happen? The gateway is airwallex

Hi,
Have you tried talking to Airwallex account manager to get more details on the failures? They can raise the issue with us internally and we will check it.
Generally speaking that error is returned from Airwallex side and only them have the insights as to why it might be triggered, and what c an be done to reduce chances of declines.
