our shopify automations are not working despite store being connected and automations placed accurately
Hi @sea_son, welcome to the community! 
Please try the following:
- Go to Integrations > Shopify
- Disconnect your Shopify store
- Connect it again
New orders should then sync automatically. If you still have orders from before the reconnection that didn’t sync, just send us your account email, either by DM here or through chat support.
Our team will sync them manually for you, usually in under 10 minutes.
