Bad Support attitude

I asked a question in the support team today and Normie(support team member) didn’t solve my problems proffessionly like a customer-service team is supposed to behave. She kept asking my problems and I even sent her an URL, but she didn’t click the URL to find and solve the problems. She kept asking me did you find it / solve it or sending her a video?. So obviously, she couldn’t solve my problems and I asked to change another person, then she disappeared like an irresponsible, ingorant and arrangant attitude towards this problems. So, I hope other team members and get back to me, please?

Sorry for the delayed reply on this thread, our inbox got a bit busier and we do all we can to get back as soon as possible, you should’ve received a reply via chat as well by now.

I have checked your page above,

You did not add any payment methods on the page.

Is just a placeholder, but you need to connect your real STRIPE/PAYPAL account etc to receive payments and payouts.

As you can see, on your page, Funnelish pay is active but shows 0 [null] payment method addeed:

Please pay attention that in the guide for paypal we show sandbox (test credentials) but on your end you should switch yours to LIVE ones and add the LIVE ONES to Funnelish.

Test mode can be turned on/off from here but l’d recommend keeping it on until adding the payment methods/testing them etc.

If anything else comes up, or if you try to add any other payment methods than Stripe/PayPal please let me know and we’ll take it from there.
