Changes & Current Status:

  • Previously, intermittent button issues could sometimes happen if a user clicked before scripts had fully loaded. Today, Funnelish is heavily optimized for instant loading, so “broken” buttons or decline messages are typically caused by gateway misconfigurations rather than page speed.

Up-to-Date Information for Payment Issues: If your payment buttons are intermittently failing, doing nothing when clicked, or showing decline messages across mobile and desktop, follow these modern troubleshooting steps:

  1. Gateway Test Mode vs. Live Mode: Ensure your Stripe, PayPal, or other gateway in Funnelish is set to “Live” mode if you are accepting real payments, and that your API keys haven’t expired.

  2. Product Mapping: Verify that the product you are selling is correctly created and mapped within your Funnelish funnel to the corresponding product in your payment gateway.

  3. Button Actions: Double-check your funnel builder settings to ensure your checkout button’s action is correctly set to “Submit Order” (or the equivalent step action).

  4. Check for Gateway Declines: If you see an actual decline message, log into your Stripe or PayPal dashboard and check your payment logs. Often, the gateway is simply declining the card due to insufficient funds or fraud risk—this means the link works perfectly, but the customer’s bank rejected the charge.

Hi. after setting up the payment method, i find some of the funnels button link are broken.

When u click to proceed payment, the link sometimes send to decline message..Sometimes it just works well.

Whats the problem actually?

Sometimes it works on desktop

Sometimes it doesn’t

Same goes to mobile

WHat happened?

Actually that could be explained by maybe that you are clicking the “yes link” before the App finishes loading?!

Could you try letting it load then clicking the “Yes Link”! if the problem still there you could PM me the link and I’ll check it.
