I had a customer purchase less then an hour ago but i do not see the transaction in paypal. I see it in CF but not paypal.
I need to give her a partial refund but i need to know where the money was collected.
Is there a delay?
Can you help me find the transaction?

hmm… Is that even possible?!! 
Are you sure you’ve setup your Paypal email/ID to be the money “recipient” not someone else?!!
Generally neither CF nor Funnelish will show a transaction unless it’s shown on Paypal first.
