April 2026 Update: Funnel-Level Integrations & Multiple Stores
This thread from late 2024 requested the ability to manage multiple Shopify stores from a single Funnelish dashboard. This feature has since been fully rolled out!
Current Behavior: Funnel-Specific Routing
You no longer need to create and pay for completely separate Funnelish accounts just to route orders to different Shopify stores or Klaviyo accounts.
- Multiple Global Connections: You can now authorize and connect multiple Shopify stores (and multiple Klaviyo accounts) directly within your main global Integrations tab.
- Select Per Funnel: When you open a specific funnel and navigate to Funnel Apps > Shopify (or Klaviyo), you will see a dropdown menu. You can simply select which specific connected store that exact funnel should sync its orders to.
This allows you to run funnels for 5+ different e-commerce brands all from one centralized Funnelish workspace without data overlapping.

Moving into 2025, everyone wants to have a central work dashboard, no one wants to have 10 funnelish accounts (1 for each shopify store) because you can not import orders to multiple shopify stores in 1 funnelish.
HUGE IMPROVEMENT: Making shopify integration per funnel and not funnelish account, yes you could raise prices for more stores connected, but please don’t give us more headache managing 5+ funnelish and 5+ shopify etc…
