Checkout dont work on mobile

Hey guys im new here. Its been 2 days that i keep trying to setup my card checkout. It works totally fine on desktop but i cant even enter my card digits on mobile. Any help please?

My funnel suddenly stop accepting payments from customers on 4th November.

My last customers payment was 4th Nov 2025, 2.26pm.

I’m serving the UK, EU, and Singapore market.

Please help, as it is costing us money on the advertising side.

I’m having the exact same issue right now. The checkout works perfectly on desktop, but on mobile devices, the card input fields are unresponsive and I can’t enter any digits.

Since you offered to help Jonathan, could you please take a look at my setup as well?

Hi @HugoL welcome to the community, can you share the page url to check it?

often times it comes down to having multiple payment form elements on the same page, which is not allowed for most payment gateways.
