Just a quick update here in case anyone lands on this thread - our old Clickfunnels plugins have been deprecated and are no longer maintained.
If you’re still running Clickfunnels funnels and run into issues like this, we’d recommend migrating to Funnelish. Our support team can help make that transition smooth if needed 
Also, if you’re specifically looking to work with 2 step checkout forms in Funnelish, everything is now handled natively (no scripts or workarounds needed).
