Concern Regarding Trial Expiration for Developers Creating Client Funnels

Hi Funnelish Support Team,

I hope you’re doing well.

We are Funnelish developers providing services to clients across various freelancing platforms. In many cases, clients prefer that we first build the funnel inside our own Funnelish account and then send them a share link once the funnel is completed.

However, we are facing a challenge with the 15-day trial limitation. Once the trial expires, we lose access to the funnels and templates we’ve created if the client has not yet imported them. While we completely understand and respect the need to protect Funnelish from misuse and ensure only authentic users access the platform, this setup creates difficulties specifically for developers who build funnels for multiple clients.

As developers actively promoting and working with Funnelish, we would really appreciate if there could be a developer-friendly solution, such as extended access, a developer plan, template storage access, or another alternative that allows us to safely retain our created templates even after the trial expires.

We believe this would greatly support developers while continuing to protect Funnelish’s ecosystem.

Looking forward to your thoughts and possible solutions.

Best regards,
Sikandar Choudhary

Hi @Sikandar_Choudhary3 !

Thank you for sharing your case with us, we really appreciate it.

At the moment, we don’t have a dedicated developer plan (although the team is aware of these types of requests).

Until then, here are 2 options you can look into:

OPTION 1: Keep Your Own Active Plan (Most Stable Option)

  1. Purchase a paid plan to store and manage your templates (you can also connect your custom domain to showcase your funnels!).

  2. Create a Funnelish affiliate account - this is for the purpose of getting a commission for each client who creates a plan with your link and signs up to a paid plan (you can apply here https://funnelish.tapfiliate.com/)

  3. Send your client your affiliate link so they can create their account while you build the funnel.

  4. When you’re done building the funnel, send it to your client with the sharelink.
:red_exclamation_mark: If you’re not sure if they have created the account yet or not, you can also add your affiliate code in the sharelink.

  5. Encourage them to upgrade to a paid plan so they can set up their custom domain and have it ready to run ads.

This way:

  • Your templates are safely stored under your account
  • You don’t lose access
  • You earn recurring affiliate commissions for every client that buys a plan
  • You can continue selling your services without interruption

This is the most stable and scalable setup long-term.

Option 2: Build Inside the Client’s Account (No Plan on Your Side)

  1. Create your affiliate link
  2. Have the client sign up through your affiliate link and ask them to subscribe to a paid plan
  3. Have them add you as an editor so you can build the funnel directly in their account
  4. Once finished, generate the share link and store it externally (for example, in a document with notes about the template)
  5. Assist them with connecting their custom domain
  6. Remove yourself as editor once everything is complete

:double_exclamation_mark: Important to note: since the funnel lives in the client’s account, they could delete it at any time. If that happens, the share link would no longer work, so this method doesn’t guarantee permanent template storage.

Hope this gives you a clear picture of the available options under the current structure.

Best,
Belén@Funnelish
