Just had an order come in but the customer details are ‘unknown’.
I keep getting an error saying:
Couldn’t load customer details!
Please try again later.

Sometimes that “unknown customer” issue happens if the checkout data didn’t sync fully or the browser cached something weird. If it happens again, try clearing cache or reloading the funnel in a new tab — usually fixes it quick.
