Does everyone have low-quality images on their order bumps? And how can this problem be solved?
Hey @Pedrozix ![]()
Low-quality images usually happen because of how the image was uploaded or resized inside the editor. It’s not a default Funnelish behavior, so we’ll need to check your setup to see what’s causing it.
Can you please share your funnel link or the specific checkout page URL?
I’ll take a look and guide you with the right fix.
Hi, The problem I noticed is that I’m offering an ebook and I don’t want the option to appear on the mobile or desktop version, so I leave it only on the tablet version. And when I select the OB with the ebook option, it loses quality, but if I leave it with nothing selected, the image looks normal.
Hey @Pedrozix ![]()
Got it — thanks for explaining.
In the order summary, the product or order bump image is automatically rendered at 50px × 50px.
Because of that fixed small size, the image will always look a bit low-quality or pixelated, even if the original image is high-resolution.
So this part is normal behavior, not a bug.
If you want the image to look sharper, you can upload a bigger image, but Funnelish will still downscale it to 50px in the summary box — so the quality will always be limited there.
