Error with Customer Data

Im currently doing my accounting books and I have to individually sort through paying customers to put them in my accounting software.

In saying that, there are massive errors with ordering data with customers disappearing when on the last page (oldest customers).

I’ve tried exporting paying customers, however it puts everyone who didnt buy in a CSV like they are a successful paying customers.

Clearly this is unworkable and it makes doing book keeping completely impossible.

Is there any other alternatives or fixes for this.

I just realised that there is maximum of 27 pages ant the data past page 27 is lost and need to manually key it into the url.

This is not good. Can we please get a fix for this.
