Actually that error means that the email you’ve given Funnelish doesn’t probably exist or couldn’t verify it, I just checked reseting my account and it worked smoothly fine…
Can you double check whether your email provider is actually working and accepts emails and contact us through [email protected] and provide your account email that way we can share more details about your account
