Hi guys, I’m trying to export my order lists - need that for a bunch of reasons, but the exported file is an HTML blank page with a loading circle, like it’s loading. I’ve waited for a while with hopes it’s actually loading or smth, but nothing happened.
Does anyone have a fix for this?
Hi @leonrybinski4 unfortunately you’re running into a bug which the team is aware of and currently looking into to resolve it ASAP. As soon as it’s resolved we’ll make sure to keep you posted.
In the meantime, you can set up an automation to sync the order details to Google Sheets (but it will only apply for new incoming orders).
-
Create an Excel file and configure it with the columns of data you want to collect from orders.
-
Integrate with Google Sheets:
https://docs.funnelish.com/integrations/google_sheets
- Go back to Funnelish and create an automation so that once a product has been purchased, it adds it to the Excel list.

Thanks, Belen!
Is there any ETA on the bug fix? This feature would be really important for me for TAX reporting reasons ://
Can’t confirm at this point a specific resolution date but we’re prioritizing this bug. We’ll notify you in this post once the fix has been released/
Thank you so much for your understanding!
Hi all!
Just wanted to let you know that the orders export bug has been fixed! ![]()
You should now be able to export your orders as CSV.
In some cases, when exporting a large number of orders or customers, you might still notice a hiccup but if that happens, try exporting by timeframe as a quick workaround until fully stabilized.
Our team is continuing to improve this to ensure it works seamlessly for all cases.
Thanks so much for your patience while we worked on this! ![]()

Hi @Le_Anh_Vu thank you for keeping us posted, sorry that you ran into this again. Would you be able to do a short loom of the exporting process until you run into this error and then send it privately to my inbox so we can look into this further?
Thanks in advance,
Belén@Funnelish
