Funnelish Team, please read

As someone who has:

a) used nearly every other funnel product out there
b) an extensive user of Shopify
c) developing my own software

Hats off guys. What you have built is phenomenal. The balance between “done for you” and fully customisable for nerds like me is fantastic. The coding/WYSIWYG experience is actually incredible and very intuitive once you get your head around rows/columns/sections.

I just wanted to post this as I know software is a slog, and a user base can be unforgiving and relentless - but just know that for every post of a complaint or an issue, there’s guys like me who are LOVING it.

Also shout out to your incredible support team who are patient with my dumb questions - turns out asking dumb questions is the first step to figuring it out on your own anyway!

Things I would LOVE to see in future:

  • Support for 3rd party payment processors like Adyen
  • Greater control over the styling of the Step 1 / Step 2 order form selectors
  • “Billing is same as shipping address” checkbox
  • More visibility on video file length / filesize, (also hats off for a great video experience - I just want to know what I can do to make sure videos buffer as fast as possible, so optimising the video thumbnail size etc)
  • Having stronger understanding of what attributes will stick/not stick when changing them at different breakpoints. I have to manually create different padding rules via CSS and media queries - as well as reduce font sizes manually on different screen sizes
  • Gradient support for background / colour picker

That’s all I’ve got right now, super nit picky but I at least hope it may align with what your plans are, or at least give you another data point from another customer.

:white_check_mark: Breakpoint styling & attribute consistency — Totally understand the challenge. Improving responsive controls (and reducing the need for custom media queries) is an ongoing priority.
