:rocket: April 2026 Update: Connecting Sendlane to Funnelish

Just to clarify for everyone looking into this: Funnelish does not currently have a native “one-click” integration for Sendlane. However, you can still successfully sync your leads and customers to Sendlane using one of these two reliable workarounds:

:light_bulb: Option 1: Zapier or Pabbly (Recommended)

This is the most popular method. You can use Zapier or Pabbly Connect as a bridge between the two platforms.

  • Trigger: Set the trigger to “New Order” or “New Lead” in Funnelish.

  • Action: Set the action to “Add Subscriber” in Sendlane.

  • This allows you to map all your custom fields (like address or product bought) directly into Sendlane.

:light_bulb: Option 2: Outgoing Webhooks (Advanced)

If you want a direct connection without a middleman like Zapier:

  1. In Funnelish, go to your Funnel Settings and look for Webhooks.

  2. Add a new outgoing webhook URL provided by your Sendlane “Automation Trigger” or a developer tool.

  3. Funnelish will send a JSON payload of the order data every time a sale is made, which Sendlane can then ingest.

If you are strictly looking for an email marketing tool with a native, built-in integration to Funnelish (no Zapier required), we recommend checking out Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or Hyros for tracking, as these are supported directly in the Integrations tab.
