Help please! My funnel shows an “order/s” came through but didn’t add them as a customer. So they didn’t get included in my sales tracking data.

update: this happened with both my sales that were stripe payments in ClickFunnels today. And also those stripe sales were not caught by the FB Pixel as well. Only the Paypal purchase was recognized by Funnelish as a customer and the sale translated to FB.

Hmm your question need little bit of details @bethc45, what do you mean stripe sales aren’t tracked by CF? are you using PayPal Plugin or Funnelish Pay?
