Help Request Custom Code for Judge.me Reviews Widget

Hi I imported on my Funnelish store with an html code provided by judge.me the reviews for my site. However, there are some highlighted portions that I would like to remove that are not visible. I am asking for help since I am not experienced with custom codes and it would also be something quite urgent
