i am using different name in shipping info and billing info but it shows only billing info name in shopify order why?

yes, you are right, it is shipping full name and billing full name , but it apears only name that i used in billing

Sorry for the delay here, and thanks for your patience.
In Funnelish, when the order is synced to Shopify, the billing name is usually used as the main customer name for the order. That’s why you are seeing the billing name there, even if the shipping name is different on the checkout form.
However, the shipping details are still sent to Shopify and should appear inside the shipping address section of the order.
So the expected behavior is:

Customer name → Billing name
-
Shipping address section → Shipping name
If the shipping name is not appearing in the shipping address section at all, then we should check your checkout setup.
