Issue with Shopify order automation not saving product mapping

Hi Funnelish Team,

I’m having an issue with my Shopify integration.
When I create an automation for Purchase → Create an order, I correctly map my Funnelish product (“Product A”) to my Shopify product/variant.

  • When the mapping works, the automation displays:
    Purchase → Create an order 1 x Product A
  • But sometimes, after saving and coming back later, the automation changes by itself and displays only:
    Purchase → Create an order Product A
  • In other cases, the trigger even switches by itself to On Refund instead of Purchase.

When this happens, Funnelish still records the order as completed, but it never gets pushed to Shopify (no Shopify Order ID is created). There’s no error or warning, just the mapping and/or the trigger missing.

It looks like Funnelish is not saving the product mapping and trigger correctly. Can you please check and fix this?

What you describe looks like automation not saving correctly.
Team is already checking this issue. We want to make sure mapping + triggers stay saved.

For now, can you confirm which step this happens on? Purchase, upsell, downsell?
The more details you share, the faster we can test and fix.

The issue happens both on the Purchase step and on the Upsell step, and it affects all my funnels.

I map the trigger correctly to “Create Order” and save it, but when I go back later it has automatically switched to “On Refund”. Because of this, orders are not being sent to Shopify, even though payments are validated in Funnelish.
