Loox review on Mobile not appearing

It looks like this thread from 2022 was left hanging, but I want to make sure anyone landing here with the same issue gets a solid answer! If your Loox reviews are not appearing on mobile (or desktop) within your Funnelish pages, the first step is to make sure you have fully followed the official integration guide: :backhand_index_pointing_right: How to Connect Loox Reviews to Funnelish

If you have followed the guide and the widget is still not showing up, please verify these two common fixes:

  • :white_check_mark: Check if you whitelisted your Funnelish domain inside Loox.io. Loox will not allow you to add reviews inside random domains unless you whitelist them first, so this is a critical setting to verify in your Loox dashboard.

The loox review custom code isn’t loading on my mobile device. On previews - Mobile and Desktop it loads.

Any one else faced this issue before?
