Order Form Page Stuck On Processing

I set up my funnelish paypal on my order form page and when testing it, it is stuck on “processing”.

I have checked the webhooks, script, paypal email, deleted and started over multiple times to no avail. I’m not sure where else to turn for assistance.

Actually it’s the page url that your customers see is what we need :slight_smile: not the shared funnel a shared funnel is not connected to Funnelish thus it cannot be tested :slight_smile:

Can you let us know the URL of your order form?

The problem is there is no email input box on that order form, you must add one, and if you don’t need it you can make it hidden :slight_smile:
