We’d really like you to help us with an urgent issue.
Its been 2 weeks now since we’ve been struggling with orders in Funnelish not being synced to Shopify.
I double checked everything over and over again. I even disconnected all automations and re-connected them from scratch many times but the issue still remains. I even integrated the Shopify app through the custom app method by adding the API key, etc and still the issue remains.
This is quite strange and it never happened to us before. The support team is not being able to figure it out so far. Can you help pls?
Sorry to hear you’re facing this frustrating issue—two weeks is definitely a long time to deal with something like this. You’ve clearly done a thorough job checking and re-integrating everything, so I understand how urgent this must feel.
Here are a few things you might want to double-check (just in case they were missed):
Shopify Order Webhooks – Make sure that Funnelish is receiving proper webhook responses from Shopify. Sometimes the issue isn’t the sync but the webhook not firing or getting blocked.
Order Statuses – Orders in draft or abandoned states sometimes don’t sync unless a specific condition is met.
Funnelish Logs – Check the activity or integration logs inside Funnelish (if accessible) to see if orders are being rejected or delayed.
Shopify Permissions – If using a custom app, double-check that the app has the right scopes like read_orders, write_orders, etc.
That said, I’ve worked with Funnelish and Shopify integration quite a bit—if you’d like, I can take a quick look at your setup or walk you through a checklist hands-on to help speed up the process.
Hi, is there any step by step documentation regarding the 4 things you listed?
We are encountering the same issues and we would like to try these, and a guide would be great on how to do these steps
The problem of orders not being able to sync to Shopify still exists. It happens every day and there is no pattern. I have reported it to them many times, but the problem still exists. Please check if your system is normal? You need to provide the account and order number. I can do it at any time. The premise is that you need to investigate this problem, instead of asking us to troubleshoot Shopify authorization or webhook and other related issues. These have not been modified. There has been no problem before. Secondly, so many people have reported it recently. Shouldn’t you do something?
After doing a bunch of troubleshooting, it turns out the orders on funnelish wouldn’t sync with Shopify because of an app we have installed called the Bundle App.
Since we create products on Shopify using the Bundle App. It looks like Funnelish wouldn’t recognize these products and wouldn’t sync them.
Note that we’re using the Bundle feature on Funnelish to bundle multiple orders made by the same customer (includes upsells and downsells) into one order. But since we’re bundling products on Funnelish, it looks like it wouldnt push the order into Shopify as we’re also bundling products on Shopify using the bundle app.
Let’s say we have an offer such as Product A + B + C, we will then bundle these products on Shopify using the bundle app to create one product in Shopify consisting of these 3x products (This is easier for us when it comes to managing our SKU and fulfilment process)
So now that we know what caused the issue, we no longer use the Bundle app but its inconvenient for our operations. Is there a way to be able to use such app with Funnelish?
Thanks for the detailed explanation—really appreciate you digging deep into this and sharing what you found.
You’re absolutely right—using both the Bundle App in Shopify and the bundling feature in Funnelish can lead to conflicts, especially since Funnelish tries to match product SKUs during the sync process. When it sees a bundled product from Shopify that doesn’t align with the individual items in the Funnelish order, it treats it as a mismatch and fails to push the order.
That said, I completely understand how important this bundling strategy is for your fulfillment flow. While we’re currently limited in native compatibility with third-party bundle apps, I’ve flagged this internally as a high-priority use case. Our team will review potential ways to support this better in future updates.
In the meantime, if you’re open to it, I’d love to review your specific bundle setup (a short Loom/video or even a quick call works). That way, I can check if there’s a workaround we can apply—either by tweaking the SKU structure or using custom product mapping.
Let’s find a way to keep your operations smooth without sacrificing your current setup.
