My sales that I am receiving money from are not tracking in funnelish. Recently when new customers buy their order doesn’t track anywhere in the funnel analytics (downstream revenue) or in the orders tab, but they do show up in the customers tab.
Those to me look like recurring payments, is that right?
If that’s the case, they won’t show up inside orders as they will mess up analytics, a recurring payment isn’t gonna show up as a “new order”.
Let me know if that’s not the case, and if those are one time purchases and we can look further into it.
