Payment method popup not populating

I was trying to add a payment method to one of my client’s funnels, and the popup doesn’t seem to be populating. I left it like this for about an hour and still nothing. Here’s a screencap

I work in Asia and I already tried using VPN, and different browsers (including incognito mode) but still nothing happens. Has anybody experienced anything like this? What’s your workaround?
