Current Troubleshooting: If a Dashboard Popup Won’t Load
If you are trying to add a payment method or edit settings and the popup remains blank or “spinning,” follow these steps:
- Check for “Silent” Console Errors: As discussed in this thread, the most common cause is a localized script error. Right-click anywhere in your browser, select “Inspect,” and click the “Console” tab. If you see red error messages (like
403 ForbiddenorRefused to load script), a browser extension or a local firewall is likely blocking the Funnelish assets.- Disable Ad-Blockers & VPNs: Some aggressive ad-blockers or VPN configurations in certain regions can accidentally flag the payment authorization scripts as tracking scripts, preventing them from populating.
- Incognito Mode Test: Always test in an Incognito window first. If it works there, you simply need to clear your browser cache and cookies for the
