PayPal App Won't Show My Credit Card Fields On Clickfunnels

:rocket: 2026 Updates: Deprecated CF Plugin & Native Payment Forms

Changes & Current Status:

  • In this 2019 thread, the user was trying to figure out why the legacy Funnelish “PayPal Plugin” script was hiding the credit card input fields on their ClickFunnels order page. This was a common setting (or glitch) with the old third-party script injection method.

  • This legacy ClickFunnels plugin workflow is completely deprecated. Today, Funnelish is a standalone Funnel Builder and eCommerce platform. You no longer need to use external scripts on ClickFunnels to accept PayPal alongside Credit Cards, meaning these display bugs are entirely obsolete.

Up-to-Date Information for Displaying PayPal & Credit Cards: Because you now build your checkout pages directly within the Funnelish platform, your payment forms are native, visually cohesive, and guaranteed to display your selected payment gateways correctly.

1. Use the Native Payment Form: Open your funnel page in the Funnelish visual editor. Instead of dealing with custom code, simply drag and drop the native Payment Form (or 2-Step Form) element onto your checkout page.

2. Display Multiple Gateways Automatically:

  • Click on the Payment Form element on your canvas.

  • In the left settings panel, click Edit payment options.

  • Click Add a new payment method to connect your Credit Card processor (like Stripe or NMI) and then add PayPal.

  • Funnelish natively groups them into a clean, modern checkout form. Both your credit card fields and PayPal buttons will display flawlessly without overlapping or hiding one another.
