April 2026 Present Update: PayPal Orders in ClickFunnels (Funnelish V2)
This thread discusses legacy Funnelish V1 issues where PayPal orders were not appearing inside the ClickFunnels dashboard due to Webhook or Product ID mismatches. In Funnelish V2, this external syncing method is deprecated.
What’s Changed & Deprecated
- Manual Webhook Syncing: You no longer need to configure complex Webhook URLs to “push” PayPal sales into ClickFunnels.
- Cart Product ID Matching: The requirement to match specific ClickFunnels Product IDs to Funnelish products is a thing of the past.
- ClickFunnels as a Source of Truth: Relying on ClickFunnels to report PayPal sales was always prone to errors due to how PayPal handles redirects.
Current Behavior: Funnelish V2 as the Source of Truth
Funnelish V2 is now a standalone native platform. Orders processed via PayPal are recorded instantly and directly within your Funnelish workspace.
- Native Order Management: All PayPal sales, including upsells and order bumps, appear immediately in your Funnelish > Orders tab with 100% accuracy.
- Shopify Syncing: If you are using Shopify for fulfillment, Funnelish V2 syncs these PayPal orders natively and automatically to your Shopify store.
- CAPI Tracking: Conversions are tracked via the Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) and Google Analytics server-side, ensuring your ad data is accurate even if a customer doesn’t return to the Thank You page.
Best Practices
- Stop Syncing to CF: We strongly recommend managing your fulfillment and analytics within Funnelish or synced stores (like Shopify) rather than trying to force PayPal data back into ClickFunnels.
- Check Integration: Ensure your PayPal account is connected via the global Integrations tab to ensure orders are processed correctly.

If someone has a solution that would be helpful.
(Original Resolution: In legacy versions, this was typically caused by a missing/wrong Webhook URL in Funnelish or an incorrect Cart Product ID configuration in ClickFunnels.)
