:rocket: April 2026 Present Update: Syncing PayPal Orders to Shopify (Funnelish V2)

This thread discusses legacy Funnelish V1 workflows where users tried to push PayPal sales into ClickFunnels just to get them to sync to Shopify. In Funnelish V2, this multi-step workaround is deprecated.

:stop_sign: What’s Changed & Deprecated

  • CF-to-Shopify Syncing for PayPal: Relying on ClickFunnels to act as the “middleman” for PayPal orders was always unreliable and often resulted in missing orders in Shopify.
  • 3rd Party Tracking Area: You no longer need to configure the legacy “3rd Party Membership Access” area in ClickFunnels to track PayPal sales.

:sparkles: Current Behavior: Direct Funnelish-to-Shopify Sync

Funnelish V2 now offers a native, direct integration with Shopify. This is the fastest and most accurate way to fulfill your orders:

  • Direct Sync: When a customer pays via PayPal on your Funnelish checkout, the order is created instantly in Funnelish and sent directly to Shopify for fulfillment.
  • Automated Fulfillment: You manage your products and “Product Automations” inside Funnelish. When a sale happens, Funnelish tells Shopify exactly which SKU was purchased.
  • Reliable Data: Because the sync is direct, you don’t have to worry about ClickFunnels failing to “see” the PayPal transaction or the data getting lost in transition.

:hammer_and_wrench: How to Set This Up Today

  1. Connect your Shopify store under the global Integrations tab in Funnelish.
  2. Inside your funnel, go to the Products section.
  3. Click on your product and go to the Automations tab.
  4. Create a new automation to “Create an order in Shopify” when the product is purchased.
  5. Map your Funnelish product to the corresponding Shopify product/variant.

What do i need to do in order to see the paypal orders in my CF sales dashboard?

My end goal is to integrate CF with Shopify and fulfill all orders via Shopify.

(Original Resolution: In legacy versions, users were advised to use the 3rd party tracking area in ClickFunnels, but this is now superseded by native direct-to-Shopify syncing in Funnelish V2.)

Hello @Admin_Dealzz,

In order to track your Sales in Clickfunnels simply add your products under the 3rd party tracking area same way Clickfunnels officially recommends for the PayPal buttons, Follow this tutorial:

This doesnt seem to be working.
The orders appear in my Funnelish dashboard but dont appear in CF’s sales dashboard.

I’ve followed Peter’s guide step by step.
