2026 Updates: Deprecated CF Plugin & Native Order Management
Changes & Current Status:
In this 2019 thread, the user was experiencing issues with PayPal purchases not syncing back to their ClickFunnels account, meaning they had to manually check their Funnelish dashboard to verify sales. Back then, changing a product name could easily break the Cart ID sync between the two platforms.
This legacy ClickFunnels plugin and webhook syncing method are completely deprecated. Today, Funnelish has evolved into a fully standalone Funnel Builder and eCommerce platform. You no longer need to rely on ClickFunnels to build your pages or sync your PayPal orders.
Up-to-Date Information for Order Tracking: Because you now build your funnels directly within Funnelish, the platform natively acts as your central checkout CRM. You don’t have to worry about third-party webhook syncs breaking your order data anymore.
1. Centralized Orders Dashboard: When a customer completes a purchase using PayPal (or any other native gateway like Stripe or Apple Pay), the order is instantly recorded in your Funnelish account. You can view 100% of your sales—including upsells, downsells, and subscriptions—by simply clicking the Orders tab on your main dashboard.
2. Native Post-Purchase Automations: If you were previously relying on ClickFunnels to trigger fulfillment or send emails after an order was synced, you can now do this natively. Go to Funnel Automations to instantly trigger confirmation emails, grant course access, or send order data to external tools like Shopify or Zapier the moment PayPal approves the transaction.

Hi since the recent update,
The purchases I got from PayPal does not show up n my Clickfunnels Purchase tab.
So I have to go to funnelish every time to check if someone bought via PayPal.
Any solutions to this glitch?
