It depends for me 
I’m not a POD guy (awful at picking the right design for the right people hhh)…
But dropshipping T-shirts worked just fine! but with super high risk, and some disputes for bad quality fiber.
So between 3$ - 6$

It’s not something hard to see on the tshirts business there are way better results… I gave it up since I usually end up selling saturated designs, due to lack of innovation to come up with new ideas… And the Tshirts dropshipping that worked best for me, was as well worse and risky for my PayPal & Stripe accounts.
That was on Shopify though, Not Clickfunnels… I’m sure if tried the same on CF could get better conversion rates and better ROI.
At the moment there is end of Q1 and lots of chaos in Facebook so it’s normal to have higher CPM, CPC, and CPP. it will fad down in April.
