Hi, before this new funnelish update, everything was working. Last night I tried to implement the gateway pool to decrease the failed attempted purchases, but since I implemented it (correctly, as I was told by support), I can no longer see the form to enter the card details, in short the payment form. So, I removed it, and going back to the payment from before i.e. without Gateway Pool, it works for me but only for mobile, on desktop the bug remained.
I contacted support but all day long they keep telling me that the request has been forwarded to the team. I believe that this is a very big bug, which is practically blocking me the most important part of the funnel: the payment form.
Therefore, I am asking for immediate action and faster responses via the support chat, I understand that there are many requests, but you cannot wait 2 hours for a response.

Hey @ynguido, thanks for sharing this. Totally get how frustrating that is when the payment form doesn’t show up. The team is already on it and we’ll push a fix ASAP. In the meantime, going back without Gateway Pool should keep things running. Appreciate your patience with this.
Any updates? Has the bugs inherent in gateway pools been fixed? Can anyone confirm that everything is OK before inserting buggy features that go on to destroy transactions? Thank you
