"Send to optin email instead of Payer email" Not working

I’m trying to use an ActiveCampaign automation from Funnelish to add a contact to list after purchasing a product.

When I check “Send to optin email instead of Payer email” and save
It doesn’t register.

It was working for several months but suddenly stopped working as of about 2 weeks ago.

Can someone help me with this?
