:rocket: 2026 Updates: Native Google Sheets Integration

Changes & Current Status:

  • In this older thread, the community was discussing workarounds for sending Funnelish order data to Google Sheets without paying for Zapier (often relying on third-party webhook relays or alternative automation tools).

  • These external workarounds are no longer necessary. Today, Funnelish features a built-in, direct Google Sheets integration. You do not need Zapier, webhooks, or any other third-party connector to instantly log your sales, customer info, and UTM data.

Up-to-Date Information for Natively Syncing to Google Sheets:

Sending real-time event data straight from your funnel into a spreadsheet is now a seamless native automation.

1. Connect Your Google Account:

  • In your Funnelish dashboard, click the Settings icon in the top right corner and select Integrations.

  • Click Google Sheets, toggle the integration On, and click Sign in with Google to authorize Funnelish to update your sheets.

2. Create the Purchase Trigger:

  • Open your funnel and navigate to the step containing your product.

  • Click on your product to open its settings, scroll to the bottom, and click Create new automation .

  • Select On purchase as your trigger event.

3. Map Your Columns & Data:

  • From the integrations list in the automation window, choose Google Sheet s .

  • Set the Action to Add new row, then select your target Spreadsheet and specific tab/she e t.

  • Finally, use the Add field mapping (or Auto-match fields) button to link Funnelish data points (like Customer Email, Order Total, or UTM Source) directly to the corresponding column headers in your Google Sh e et.

Now you can sync your product sales from Funnelish directly to Google Sheets without having to go through Zapier.

Here is how it works:

Step 1:

Head to your integrations and connect Google Sheets by logging in to your Google account and allowing us access. You’ll be told the app isn’t verified (temporary issue) - click advanced and select “Go to funnelish.com”.

Step 2:

Create a new product automation and select Google Sheets as the integration to use, select an existing spreadsheet in your account (it can be one with existing data).

Funnelish will try to auto-match all your columns if possible based on the columns’ titles, but you can also manually map them as well.

It is currently going through Google’s normal yearly reviews and we are waiting on their team to finalise that,
