We’ve been experiencing multiple issues since the latest Funnelish update, and it’s seriously affecting our workflow. I’m posting here in case anyone else has faced the same problems or found any temporary solutions.
Here’s what’s happening on our side:
Text Editing Problem:
In the new version, we can no longer edit text directly inside the editor.
Image Quality Issue (Mobile):
When publishing a funnel using the new editor, some images appear blurry or low-quality on smartphones, even though the source files are high-resolution. This didn’t happen before.
Popup Custom Fields Not Linked to Orders:
After the recent update, we noticed that custom fields collected through our popup forms are no longer being attached to the customer’s order inside the funnel.
Previously, all popup fields (even when set as “Custom”) were automatically included inside the order details — which was essential for our workflow.
Now, they only appear in the Contacts/CRM section, but not in the order itself.
For our use case, it’s crucial that these fields appear in the order view (as before), since they are used to process each customer’s purchase.
We already shared several Loom videos with the Funnelish support team last week showing these issues, but unfortunately nothing has been fixed yet.
Main question:
Is there any way to fully revert to the previous Funnelish editor?
The new one is slowing down our production and making it almost impossible to work efficiently.
Thanks a lot for sharing all these details — really helpful.
For the text issue → try double-clicking on the text block to edit it directly.
For the blurry images → set the Fit image option to “Default”, so it keeps the original quality.
And for the popup fields → please recheck your form bindings and make sure all fields are linked to the main form so they submit together.
There’s no full way to revert to the old editor, but the new V2 editor was built to be much more powerful and flexible long term. It brings in new features like advanced elements (Carousels, Repeaters), data binding, multi-state elements, and better responsiveness — all meant to make your funnels more dynamic and future-proof.
The team is also aware of the current rough edges and is improving things fast.
Hopefully, these fixes help you keep things running smoothly for now.
Thanks for letting me know — I totally get how frustrating that feels.
Could you please share a quick Loom video showing what happens when you try to edit the text? That’ll help us understand the issue better and pass it to the dev team right away.
We really appreciate your patience while things get improved — the team is working hard to fix these editor issues as fast as possible.
