Hi everyone , I’m getting only 32% payment acceptance on Stripe, while Airwallex accepts 70%+ with the same customers. Stripe keeps blocking payments due to “high risk,” but when I switch to Airwallex, those same payments go through fine.
Is there a way to fix this on Stripe? Maybe let high-risk payments go to review instead of being auto-blocked?

Most likely that’s Stripe RADAR blocking those payments then, double check your stripe RADAR settings.
32% authorization rate is so low under any circumstances.
70% for Airwallex is not great either, even if you are selling cross-borders.
Try to reduce your business risk assessment by improving its trust signals: Better domain reputation, reduce disputes, better authentic user experience, followup with customers who’s payments failed to get them to contact their bank to allow the transaction through in return for a discount/gift or similar… doing it would improve your overall business authorization rates, optimally setup your business in the region you are selling in.
