Customer support tried to answer and it didnt work as we expected

example: if customer buy 1st october a subscription, they should be charged first time 31 st october and then every 30 days. Please show us how to do this in funnelish.

we get redirected to this community to ask the developers and no one can answer?

Hi @humm! Thanks for sharing the details and sorry if there was any confusion regarding expectations, any time anything is posted in the community, both users and our team can reply in response to your question to help you resolve. We always do our best to respond as soon as we can but in some cases it can take a few days.

Regarding your question, this can be set up without having to use any custom code. To set up an order bump as a subscription with 30 day trial have a look at the details below:

Trial period

If the subscription product has a trial period:

  1. Switch on the toggle to enable it. The default setting is OFF.
  2. Enter billing information.
  3. Enter zero for the billing amount if this is a free trial. (optional)

Order bump

If the subscription product is an order bump, switch on the toggle. The default setting is OFF.

Key terms

Subscription fields:

  • Billing amount Amount to charge on each bill
  • Recurring times How many times to charge the billing amount
  • Billing cycle The period between charges (e.g. 30)
  • Cycle type How the period is calculated (e.g. days or months)

See example below:

Then make sure to link the order bump product with the order bump element like shown here:

Hope it helps!

Belén @Funnelish

Hey I have been waiting for 9 days now and you guys can’t figure out how to fix the subscription funnel. I keep getting respond since last Thursday give us 48 hours to fix it, and now last three days nobody responds at all. What is going on with Funnelish???
Are you closing down the shop and going out of business?

How can you say you have the feature available when you don’t???

At this point I am flabbergasted by your complete ignorance to this major issue.

Hi @donndado,

We got back to you on Saturday, despite it being the weekend and as mentioned in the conversation, our team is actively working on a fix for the subscription funnel issue you’re facing.

Also please note that this thread is related to a question that has already been resolved and is unrelated to your case. If you have an active conversation with us, please reach out directly in that thread so we can address your concerns more effectively.

Thank you for your understanding!
