Hello, we have noticed that recurring subscription orders does not sync back to Shopify again every month the customer get rebilled, our supplier can not ship the orders. Its for every store and funnelish we had, why is this never getting fixed?
Why is funnelish not fixing this problem?
any developer can say why?
each time you do, a customer support specialist is telling you that they have sent this further to the dev team and then it takes months and we never hear back, currently 3 months of waiting
support is telling me to go here, now when i am here, you tell me to write support?!?!?!
The support team ask us to go here because the developers can’t go into the support chat, now when we are here, you are ignoring and asking us to send an email, just because you have no fix to this.
