We added a subscription option on our checkout page and added 3 subscription products on funnelish checkout step.
The issue is when customers order a subscriptions product we get normal product on funnelish order panel

It sounds like the subscription setup might not be linked correctly in your checkout step. Sometimes this happens if the subscription products or payment settings aren’t fully synced.
I recommend you reach out to Funnelish live support so they can check your funnel setup directly. They’ll help make sure the subscription orders are tracked and shown properly in your order panel.

Hey @alrabbi011 That looks like a Cash on delivery order, those do not have or support subscriptions so the initial purchase will be triggered, but COD does not have any further recurring transactions so none would be triggered afterwards for that same order.
Have you tried any payment methods that support subscriptions (ie. Stripe, PayPal)?
