The type of content is changed to "Normal" automatically

Hi there, I set some content to “Heading 2” type and saved. But it was changed to “Normal” type automatically in one day. I am wondering if there is a way to keep the type unchanged since I want my page to be seo-friendly. Thanks!

Hi there! If you open the page in incognito mode, do you see Heading 2 or normal text? Could you share the page with us, please? :raising_hands:

Hi, my page link is https://care.arluvia.com/tallow-cream/offer?preview=3099149. You see, the element is Headline, but the text type is Normal. In incognito mode, it’s the normal text, if I look at it correctly. But you can also have a look. Thanks!

And I want to upload a screenshot, but I was told that I cannot upload a media in this post.

Hey @yangjp2333 :waving_hand:

Thanks for sharing the link!

It’s possible this issue is related to a recent update in the system. Sometimes content type resets (like H2 reverting to “Normal”) can happen if the visual block gets refreshed or resynced behind the scenes.

:counterclockwise_arrows_button: A couple of suggestions:

  • Try editing the headline again and reapplying “Heading 2” style, then save and refresh.
  • Then check again in incognito mode to confirm the change sticks.

:camera: About the screenshot:

It looks like you might’ve hit a media upload limit in the thread. Could you try uploading the screenshot again?

If that still doesn’t work, a quick Loom video showing how you set the heading and where it changes would be super helpful — especially if you point out the exact element you’re working with.

Let us know once done, and we’ll help get it sorted!
