I have setup post purchase emails with klaviyo and funnelish.
I am wondering what should be the best time delay after someone places an order to add them into the klaviyo list

Hi @Klav , as a rule of thumb, the longer the funnel the better to extend the waiting time. Then you can adjust the delay in the automation itself, something like this:
