Tried contacting support since Saturday. Zero response. Is anyone else experiencing this? Need help getting through to customer service.
Hello Gustavo!
We are trying our best providing a 24/7 support through our team, however replies at weekend may be slower.
I believe you would’ve got someone back to you by now, but if not, please let me know what you struggle with and we can take it from there.
Hi Anna, thanks for the response.
Even though my conversion increased, my ads performance significantly dropped after I started using Funnelish. Now, looking at FB events, I saw this Click ID (fbc). Could this be an issue? How do I add this parameter?
Hi @gustavo
Here are a few quick tips to check:
Ensure the fbc Parameter is Captured – Funnelish should already capture and pass the Click ID when a visitor comes from Facebook. However, if you’re testing manually without real Facebook ad click, this parameter may not be generated.
Check Your Event Deduplication – If you have duplicate event tracking (e.g., both Funnelish and Shopify tracking the same events separately), it could affect attribution.
Verify Domain & Event Prioritization – Ensure your domain is verified in Facebook Business Manager and your events are properly ranked in Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM).
This would be it, are you using Funnelish’s native own FB pixel app + a custom domain yet?
I appreciate your follow-up, @AnaFunnelishTeam
I’ve done all the recommended steps except implementing the custom domain, as I’m still on the trial version. I’d really like to subscribe to Funnelish, but it’s difficult to justify when all my advertising costs have increased since implementation.
Would it be possible to speak with someone directly about this issue? Alternatively, I’m wondering if I could test the full product with a custom domain for just a couple of days to see if this resolves the cost issues I’m experiencing. This would help me determine if a full subscription would actually be beneficial for my business.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hey Gustavo!
We and FB itself can’t guarantee a perfect tracking with free subdomains (e.g. something.myfunnelish.com)
We offer these, just for the trial/testing period so you could see your page live etc, but should not send ads to such free subdomains because:
-
Domain Verification – Facebook’s Business Manager requires domain verification to use advanced features like Aggregated Event Measurement (AEM) for iOS tracking. However, Funnelish owns the
myfunnelish.com
domain, so you cannot verifytest.myfunnelish.com
in Business Manager.
We offer the free subdomains just for testing only to see your page live etc, should not run ads to such free subdomain, because neither us nor FB can in that case guarantee a perfect tracking at all,
- If you need full domain verification, you’ll have to use a custom domain (e.g.,
yourbrand.com
).
We can not allow custom domain connection during trial period, that’s because domains are pricey for us to host as well since we are providing premium CDN,
Domains are the only limitation our trial has, other than that most of the platform’s features are available during trial.
What l’d say is, once your trial ends you can just purchase a plan and test around for a month with a real custom domain; If your issues still persist, please let me know here or via chat support.
If you’re not happy with the service, you can always cancel and get the last month refunded, so on that basis you could technically even try it with a custom domain a whole month for free.
