I have checked the product and the url so far it match everything. And I paid via PayPal at order form then it forward me to the OTO-Page. However when I click on the upsell-button.
It does not work forward me to checkout page of PayPal, it’s just open a new tab of the same OTO anf with this error
What is wrong?

If your customers are not being redirected to PayPal after clicking the upsell (OTO) button, it is important to understand how PayPal handles these transactions compared to standard credit card processors.
When a customer pays via PayPal at the initial order form and is forwarded to your OTO page, clicking the upsell button should redirect them to PayPal again to approve the upsell charge. Because PayPal requires explicit user verification for each new transaction, true “one-click upsells” are not supported in the exact same way they are with Stripe or native credit card payments.
If the redirect is failing and the customer cannot see the PayPal checkout page, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Verify Your Payment Gateway Connection
If the gateway is missing or disconnected, the checkout button will fail to process payments or trigger the necessary redirects.
Navigate to your Funnelish workspace.
Go to Settings → Payments → Gateways.
Confirm that your PayPal integration is both added and marked as Active.
2. Save and Test
After confirming or re-authenticating your gateway, make sure to save your settings.
Run a live test of the checkout process to ensure the upsell button successfully redirects to the PayPal login/approval screen.
3. Review Funnel Configurations
If the issue persists after verifying the gateway, double-check your funnel and step settings.
Look for any misconfigurations on the OTO step itself (such as incorrect button actions or missing product links) that might be preventing the redirect to PayPal.
