URGENT - PayPal V2 OTO Upsell does not work!

I have checked the product and the url so far it match everything. And I paid via PayPal at order form then it forward me to the OTO-Page. However when I click on the upsell-button.
It does not work forward me to checkout page of PayPal, it’s just open a new tab of the same OTO anf with this errorfunnelish-oto

What is wrong?
