Clickfunnels currently pays a baseline of 30% recurring commission on their main software subscriptions, with the ability to scale up to 40%.

April 2026 Updates: ClickFunnels Affiliate Program Changes
If you are looking to promote ClickFunnels today, the landscape is very different than it was a few years ago. ClickFunnels has shifted focus toward their 2.0 platform and completely revamped their payout rules, promotional offers, and thresholds.
What’s Changed & Deprecated

Increased Payout Threshold: You must now earn a minimum of $100 before a payout is issued, up from the historical $50 minimum.

New Payout Schedule: ClickFunnels no longer pays weekly. Commissions are now paid on the 1st and 15th of each month (after a standard 30-day “cooling-off” period to account for refunds and chargebacks).

Deprecated Offers: Many of the older “Free + Shipping” book offers and micro-products (like Funnel Graffiti or DCS 108 Split Tests) are no longer the primary focus. ClickFunnels has shifted its main lead generation to the “Your First Funnel Challenge” and standard CF 2.0 free trials.

Tier 2 Commissions: The official ClickFunnels affiliate program is currently a single-tier structure. They no longer pay the 5% tier-2 commission on affiliates you refer to their ecosystem. (Note: CF’s software allows you to build two-tier programs for your own products, but their in-house affiliate program does not offer this).

How does Clickfunnels pay affiliates
Clickfunnels uses Tipalti to handle affiliate payouts, tax documentation, and cross-border payments. When signing up to join the Clickfunnels affiliate program, you’ll be redirected to Tiplati’s website to set up your account there.
On Tipalti you’ll have options to get paid your commission including direct wire transfers to your local bank, ACH, and PayPal. The downside of using Tipalti is they take a small fee (typically around $5) from your commission before converting it and paying your local bank or payment method.
How to become a Clickfunnels affiliate

As a general rule of thumb Clickfunnels or (Etison LLC & Russell Brunson the company & the guy behind Clickfunnels) pays a 40% commission to all their affiliate referrals. and they pay 5% on all sales made through affiliates you refer. I haven’t seen any of their products yet to which that rule doesn’t apply.
I think that 40% rule doesn’t apply to their 2 Comma Club Coaching program. I believe they only give out 20%. But it’s still a high price program goes up to 14K!
It all really depends on where you are in the ClickFunnels affiliate program, what I mean by this is that ClickFunnels has a tiered structure for its affiliate program, with the various tiers making different levels of commissions depending on what tier they are.
Tier 1 ClickFunnels Affiliates start off making 20% commissions on the pricing plans. When you make $1000 per month in commissions in a single month and complete the affiliate bootcamp training you will qualify to become a Tier 2 ClickFunnels Affiliate.
Tier2 ClickFunnels Affiliates earn 30% recurring commissions per month on the various Clickfunnels products. Tier 2 Affiliates can progress to Tier 3 Affiliates by having at least 40 premium members signed up under your affiliate ID for a minimum of 30 days.
Tier 3 ClickFunnels Affiliates earn 40% commissions on all product sales under their affiliate ID.
So let’s break down what that actually translates to. For everyone that’s a Tier 1 ClickFunnels Affiliate, if someone signs up to the ClickFunnels regular plan via your affiliate ID, you will receive $19.40 per month and $59.40 per month for the Platinum Plan
For Tier 2 ClickFunnel Affiliates that translates to $29.10 per month for users on the regular plan and $89.10 per month on the Platinum Plan.
For Tier 3 ClickFunnels Affiliates this works out for the regular plan as $38.80 per month and $118.80 per month for the platinum plan as long as they remain customers, this is huge!
If you add the commissions with many of the front and back end offers available, you could be walking away with a tidy sum.
