Connect custom code product variants to shopify

I have created a custom code to select products bundle with differents variants.

since it is a custom code, when trying to connect it to shopify variants. I can’t see my variants of funnelish custom code.
Do you have any idea or tutorial to make it works.

Actually I receive the variants in shopify as it is shown on the tutorial. but the variant sent by funnelish are not linked on shopify product variants. Can’t see How I can relate them!!
