I’m facing an issue with my Funnelish & Shopify integration that’s causing a major headache. My Funnelish and Shopify are connected, but I just realized that when I have a high volume of orders, many of them don’t sync to Shopify.
The biggest problem? Customers are complaining that they’re not getting tracking codes because the orders aren’t appearing in Shopify, meaning my fulfillment system doesn’t process them properly.
I’ve checked:
Funnelish and Shopify are correctly integrated
Some orders are syncing, but not all
There’s no clear pattern (it seems random)

Has anyone experienced this before? How can I ensure that every order from Funnelish gets synced to Shopify without missing any? Is there a setting I need to adjust, or should I be using a specific app/automation to fix this?
