In Funnelish, shipping is currently charged as a separate product for all funnels. We excluded these shipping products from the Shopify automation because they were being imported into Shopify as separate orders instead of being included in the original customer order. Is there any way we can pass the shipping charge from Funnelish to Shopify as a shipping line within the same imported order?

Thanks for posting this issue, it’s actually quite common.
The reason why this is happening is very likely due not having the Shipping Product’s Automation set with the Enable Bundling On.
To resolve this and guarantee that the order goes as 1 into Shopify (both the main product & shipping) make sure they both have the Enable Bundling Option ON as shown here:
Once you’ve sorted this out, you can do a test purchase to make sure everything is good to go.

I think this will add Shipping as a product and not as a shipping line. Is there any way I can achieve this?

- How that order shows inside Shopify
- How you expect the shipping to show in Shopify
