Hey, I just discovered this problem in case someone else is searching around for the solution.
If you are using Shopify’s native bundle functionality (a product that exists which is a bundle of two other existing products) - and you set an automation for that to sync to Shopify on purchase… the order will not pull through.
So if you’ve been having intermittent issues with Shopify orders coming through this may be the root cause.
@anwerashif is this a known issue?

Same issue for me. I have create bundle just a few days ago and noticed today that all orders containing bundle are not sent to shopify…
I also tried to create automation for each product in the bundle, but then the total order amount is not correctly calculated. For now I will remove the bundle until it get solved!

Our work around is we have created a new single product / new SKU that is effectively one product but the products are bundled on the back-end.
Hi @apostle @JonathanDD
thanks for sharing your case here.
Yes, this can happen with Shopify native bundles. The sync gets confused because Funnelish and Shopify handle the SKU mapping differently.
Can you please check these docs:
Set Up Order Bundling
Send Orders to Shopify
These guides may help the right way to set up bundles and make sure orders sync correct.
Hi @apostle ,
I know this thread is a bit old, but I wanted to share an update that might help anyone still searching for a solution: Funnelish order not syncing to Shopify.
